1. Introduction & Acceptance

3. Account Responsibilities

Once your kd333 account is active, you bear full responsibility for all activity conducted through it. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Do not store credentials in any browser or device accessible to others.
• Notifying kd333 support immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised or accessed without your authorization.
• Ensuring that all bets and wagers placed through your account are made personally by you, not by automated scripts or third-party agents.
• Keeping your registered email address and phone number up to date so that kd333 can contact you regarding important account and security notifications.

kd333 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to secure your credentials.

4. Deposits & Financial Transactions

Standard withdrawal processing time is 1–3 business days for bank transfers and up to 24 hours for mobile wallet methods such as bKash and Nagad. kd333 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due-diligence checks on withdrawal requests exceeding ৳20,000.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

• Each bonus carries a specific wagering requirement (typically 20x–35x the bonus amount). The rollover must be completed before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.

7. Responsible Gaming

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kd333 platform. Engaging in any of these acts may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

9. Intellectual Property

10. Limitation of Liability

kd333 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform, including but not limited to: loss of funds due to technical failures, loss of data, service interruptions, or third-party actions outside of kd333's reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kd333's total aggregate liability to any user shall not exceed the total deposits made by that user in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in Bangladesh. Any dispute arising from your use of the kd333 platform that cannot be resolved informally through our support team shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in Dhaka, Bangladesh, in the English language.

kd333 makes no representation that the services are appropriate or available for use in all jurisdictions outside Bangladesh. Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited is entirely at your own risk and responsibility.
